 餐毕，餐盘放在原处，而不要推向一边或者摞在一起。餐刀和餐叉按一定角度平行并排置于餐盘上，与时钟10点与4点形成的直线方向一致，示意侍者用餐完毕。餐费一般由筹办方支付。最后，记得向主人表示感谢。

Note for teleconferencing
 We often heard a phone conference turning sour due to mishaps. Then how to keep it on the right track?
1. Test the facilities first and get familiar with the functions.
2. Keep the background noise to the lowest level as it may block the communication via speakerphone. If possible, always use a phone with a handset that is hard-wired into the phone lines.
3. Do get each caller to say hello and introduce themselves. Even though you may never meet in person, it’s good relationship builder. As conversation goes on, names shall be given first so others know who is speaking.
4. Turn off your call waiting. Some conferences are set to play an announcing tone when newcomer enters the conference. If your line starts beeping with call waiting, it can be very confusing and disrupting to the meeting!
5. Focus on the point and make summaries each time. Don’t allow the topic wander; be an iron fist in a velvet glove—firm but polite if people talk too long or over each other.
6. Terminate the meeting formally.
