Being loved or hated， the car is definitely the greatest invention in modern times.I own a compact car from Volkswagen， which has been an indispensablepart of my life.
Although most of my peers go for sedan cars， I still stick to the advantagesof compact cars.They are more power—saving， space—saving and lighter.My car is that of sleek style.It is painted a stunning blazing copper.The design of the side lights is quite unique.They are called "beauty's eyes".On the whole， it has flowing lines and posh interior.The cockpit is pretty traditional， but instruments arenicely placed.The front seats are exceptionally comfortable， and the rear seatis roomy enough for two adults with enough elbow room.I've also got a quality MP3 player.It is delightful to play some soft music during a dull ride.
I drive to work every morning.Although being caught by traffic congestionfrom time to time， I feel lucky not to be sandwiched in the subway or bus.Anyway， the car widens my range of activiry.Sometimes I cruise the suburbswith my friends on weekends.Without worrying about the weather or beingrestricted by the scheduled times of the buses， we can enjoy our time to ourhearts' content.
What concerns me most now jS3 the soaring fuel price and limited parking places.Just as the saying goes， you have to pay for what you get.
