当地时间2013 年2 月25 日，白宫举行了全国州长协会会议，美国总统奥巴马、副总统拜登和第一夫人米歇尔?奥巴马都在会议上发表了讲话。奥巴马在会议上强调，削减开支的计划将给美国的经济增长带来不确定性，国会应该采取平衡方式，来减少政府开支。他还在会议上促请各州州长向国会施压，避免在3 月1 日启动自动削减开支计划，否则，将对美国各州都会造成影响。除此之外，奥巴马还提及了基础设施建设和教育的重要性。那么，下面就让我们来具体看一看，奥巴马对各位州长提出了哪些建议。
