内容简介

《国际融资》是一本英文教材，专业名词加注中文翻译。本教材力求简练、系统、实用，将国际融资理论与中国实践相结合，介绍、分析了国际融资的环境、不同国际融资模式的特点、运作和利弊，结合国际货币经济学、国际金融市场和公司理财学科的内容，从企业战略决策的角度探讨如何有效合理利用国际金融市场进行融资的问题。本书可作为经济管理专业学生专业课的中英双语教材，也可作为专业英语教材使用。本书由安砚贞主编。

作者简介

安砚贞，广东工业大学讲师，讲授国际金融（双语）、国际贸易实务（双语）、外贸英语函电、商务英语、实用英语、专业英语等课程。2006年3月，到泰国宋卡王子大学作访问学者，同年6月至8月，在澳大利亚昆士兰大学进修教学法。2006年获广东工业大学青年教师竞赛优胜奖，以及广东工业大学经济管理学院“十佳”授课教师奖。2007年获广东工业大学优秀教学二等奖。近3年来，参与2项纵向课题研究，主持1项横向课题研究，发表教学或科研论文4篇。
