约翰·科特(JOHN P.KOTTER)，JOHN P.KOTTER is Konosuke Matsushita Professor of Leadership at the Harvard Business School and an internationally recognized authority on managerial behavior and leadership.He lives in Cambridge,Massachusetts,with his wife
