全国专业技术人员职称英语等级考试是由国家人力资源和社会保障部组织实施的一项*外语考试。考试按职称的系列分为A，B，C三个等级，按照专业不同又分为理工、综合、卫生三个专业类别。

formanycountries,especiallylow-andmiddle-incomecountries,arelacking.
Childmaltreatmentiscomplexanddifficulttostudy.Currentestimatesvarywidelydependingonthecountryandthemethodofresearchused.Nonetheless,internationalstudiesrevealthatapproximately20%ofwomenand5%-10%ofmenreportbeingsexuallyabusedaschildren,while25%-50%ofallchildrenreportbeingphysicallyabused.Additionally,manychildrenaresubjecttoemotionalabuse(sometimesreferredtoaspsychologicalabuseandneglect).
Everyyear,thereareabout31,000homicidee(杀人)deathsinchildrenunder15.Thisnumberunderestimatesthetrueextentoftheproblem,asasignificantproportionofdeathsduetochildmaltreatmentareincorrectlyattributedtofalls,burnsanddrowning.
Childmaltreatmentcausessufferingtochildrenandfamiliesandcanhavelong-termconsequences.Maltreatmentcausesstressthatisassociatedwithdisruptioninearlybraindevelopment.Extremestresscanimpair(伤害)thedevelopmentofthenervousandimmune(免疫)systems.Consequently,asadults,maltreatedchildrenareatincreasedriskforbehavioural,physicalandmentalhealthproblems.Via(通过)thebehaviouralandmentalhealthconsequences,maltreatmentcancontributetoheartdisease,cancer,suicideandsexuallytransmittedinfections.
Beyondthehealthconsequencesofchildmaltreatment,thereisaneconomicimpact,includingcostsofhospitalization,mentalhealthtreatment,childwelfare,andlonger-termhealthcosts.
